Well, this week isn't going well. Up here, there are 4 seasons, Cold, Really Cold, Pretty Cold, Construction. Well, we are in the midst of Construction. And, as one would expect, they were working on the highways. This incident occurred during the time they were actually putting down the black top. I was a bit lost and decided to ask for directions from the cop that was monitoring the work. I pulled up close to him and as luck would have it, I accidentally bumped him into the new tar. It got all over the new uniform of Officer Homer S Williams. And for that, I got arrested. The charge?
